Martin Richard Hoffmann (born April 20, 1932) is a U.S. administrator. He served as the United States Secretary of the Army between 1975 and 1977.

Martin was born in Stockbridge, Massachusetts, on April 20, 1932.[1]

Government career[]

Hoffmann served as general counsel of the Department of Defense, 1974 - 75. He was appointed as Secretary of the Army from August 5, 1975 until February 13, 1977.[1]
